What Is the deboer ProAm Team?
The deboer ProAm Team brings together professional triathletes ("Pro") and ambitious amateur athletes ("Am") under one banner, training separately, racing as one team. It's not an ambassador program built around a discount code. It's a full athlete program: team kit, race support, community, and access to the same resources deboer's professional roster relies on.
If you've ever wanted to race alongside the sport's best and not just watch them from the age-group wave, this is that opportunity.

The deboer ProAm Team isn't decided on finish time alone. We're looking for athletes who bring:

How to Apply for the 2027 Season
Here's the part that makes ProAm different from every other "ambassador program" out there: there's rolling admission this month only.
- Applications open once a year. For the 2027 season, the window runs September 21–30. Miss it, and you wait until next year.
- Every application is read by a human, not filtered by an algorithm.
- You'll hear back within two weeks of applying, either way.
- If accepted, you'll build your kit and get set for the 2027 season, with packages shipping in January before the season starts.
There's no upgrading your package after you apply, so decide what you want before the window opens, and don't wait until September 30 to submit.

A lot of brands run "team" programs that are really just discount codes with a hashtag attached. deboer wanted something different: a genuine athlete community where being selected actually means something, because not everyone gets in.
