    I registered my swimmer, but I still can’t claim a welcome pack. what should I do?

    if your swimmer is registered with Nitro for the season but you’re unable to claim their welcome pack, please email info@deboerswim.com.

    include your swimmer’s name, Nitro location, training group, and the guardian email used during registration so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

    is the Nitro welcome pack free?

    yes! your Nitro Welcome Pack is included with your swimmer’s registration at no additional cost. you’ll simply need to claim your pack through the deboer Nitro page.

    how do I claim my welcome pack?

    to claim your welcome pack, select your swimmer’s Nitro training location and training group, then enter the guardian email address used during Nitro registration.

    you’ll also select your swimmer’s t-shirt and hoodie sizes before clicking “reserve my welcome pack” to continue.

    why isn’t my email being recognized?

    the guardian email you enter must match the email associated with your swimmer’s Nitro registration, along with their correct training location and group.

    what comes with the welcome pack?

    the welcome pack is designed to give every Nitro swimmer the essentials to get started for the season.

    once you claim your pack, you’ll also have the opportunity to shop additional deboer gear, including t-shirts, hoodies, training gear, racing gear, and apparel for family members.

    how does the 30% Nitro family discount work?

    as soon as you claim your welcome pack, your 30% Nitro family discount is activated.

    the discount is valid site wide for the rest of the season, so you can use it on additional gear for your swimmer or apparel for the rest of the family.

    i have more than one swimmer. how do I claim their welcome packs?

    each registered swimmer receives their own welcome pack.

    if you have multiple swimmers, you’ll need to complete the welcome pack claim process once for each swimmer. for example, if you have two registered swimmers, you’ll complete the process twice.

    once your family’s 30% discount is activated, you can use it for purchases across the deboer website for the remainder of the season.

    can I purchase additional gear when I claim my welcome pack?

    absolutely! the welcome pack is just the starting point.

    you can add additional training gear, racing gear, t-shirts, hoodies, and family apparel to your order. Your 30% Nitro family Ddscount will be available once your welcome Ppck has been claimed.

    how long does my 30% discount last?

    your 30% Nitro family discount is valid for the entire season and can be used site wide whenever you need additional gear.

    how do I keep my swimmer’s suit from snagging or pilling?
